Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats with empathy and professionalism. Provide accurate information to customers regarding banking products and services. Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality. Meet performance targets set by the organization for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field (freshers welcome). Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken). Ability to work on Inbound Calls, Inbound Voice Process, Customer Care, and Excellent Communication skills.
