Delivery Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of backend, AI/ML, and cloud-based projects ensuring quality, timelines, and scope adherence.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, QA, DevOps, Product, and Architecture groups.
  
• Plan, track, and manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication, status reporting, and escalation handling.
  
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on backend architectures, cloud deployments, and AI integration approaches.
  
• Manage team performance, mentoring, resource allocation, and conflict resolution.
  
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, security, compliance, and delivery governance.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–15 years

  of IT experience with at least

  5+ years in delivery or project leadership roles

  .
• Strong background in backend technologies (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, or similar).
  
• Experience delivering AI/ML or data-driven projects (ML models, GenAI, NLP, MLOps, data pipelines).
  
• Hands-on exposure or oversight experience in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  
• Proven success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in an enterprise environment.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week from

Preferred Certifications (Good to Have)

• PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM / PMI-ACP
  
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  
• SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certifications
