Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for multiple channels digital ads, website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and push notifications.
Collaborate with the design, performance marketing, and product teams to create high-impact campaigns.
Develop engaging scripts for marketing videos, product explainers, and brand stories.
Ensure all content is aligned with Pagarbook’s brand voice and tonality.
Optimize copy for SEO and user engagement while maintaining creativity.
Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and contribute to marketing strategy discussions.
Proofread, edit, and refine content to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Copywriter / Content Writer (experience in SaaS, Fintech, or B2B preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing writing skills across digital platforms.
Excellent command of English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and social media trends.
Ability to adapt writing style based on audience and campaign needs.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
