Hiring Cluster Credit Manager (Affordable Home Loans) Niwas Housing Finance Private Limited Locations: * Bikaner, Rajasthan Role Overview: We are seeking a committed and experienced Cluster Credit Manager to lead credit operations for our affordable housing business in Bikaner, Rajasthan . The ideal candidate will bring strong market knowledge, sound credit judgment, and leadership skills to manage credit quality, collections, and team performance in the region. Key Responsibilities: Ensure portfolio quality and maintain clean asset performance across the cluster Drive efficient collections across defined delinquency buckets Implement and monitor credit control measures including OTC, PDD, and internal audit compliance Lead, train, and motivate the credit team to meet productivity and quality benchmarks Address customer issues effectively to build strong relationships and resolve queries promptly Maintain a solid understanding of regional housing finance dynamics and customer behavior Key Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in the home finance sector , with minimum 3-4 years in affordable housing credit Proven track record in managing collections and maintaining clean loan portfolios Strong understanding of the Rajasthan housing market , especially in and around Bikaner Leadership ability to drive business-aligned behavior and high-performing teams Attention to detail, compliance orientation, and strong interpersonal skills Contact Email - rajkumar.meghwal@niwashfc.com
