1. Develop and manage procurement plans to ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials and components
2. Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage lead times, and optimize costs
3. Monitor inventory levels and production schedules to maintain optimal stock levels and meet production targets
4. Capacity Calculation at supplier end
5. Minimum Stock level calculations
6. Warranty claim settlement with suppliers
7. Supplier Delivery performance improvement including Production and Spare parts
8. Supplier relations management to avoid line loss due to non-availability of material
9. Decide action for poor delivery suppliers and build improvement plan
10. Packaging and Logistics efficiency understanding
11. New Model production execution
12. Import planning
13. Negotiate Supplier contracts
14. Ensure timely purchase order release and procurement decision
15. Proactively Identification of potential risk for supply chain
16. Analyzing procurement data and decide next steps for improvement
17. Manage daily supply chain operation for Productive and Non Productive parts
18. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and finance, to ensure alignment and promote efficient operations
1. Proven experience in procurement and planning within the automotive industry
2. Strong understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes
3. Proficiency in inventory management and production planning
4. Leadership skill
5. SAP Understanding
6. Understanding of manufacturing process mechanical and electronics parts.
7. Understanding of 2Wheel Electrical component and their respective suppliers.
