Job Description – Business Development (Mohali)

• Engage with potential leads through calls and convert prospects into virtual meetings or school visits.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with school management.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through direct conversions or by supporting Business Development Managers.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar industry or business development role.
• Strong skills in patience, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Business development: 2 years (Preferred)
