About the Role

Service Support Associate

What Youll Do

  • Be the main point of contact for the US branch.
  • Support

    end-to-end policy renewals and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with

    US Health Insurance guidelines

    .
  • Coordinate with internal teams to complete renewals on time.
  • Handle queries and resolve issues quickly.
  • Build strong working relationships with the onshore team.
  • Manage multiple tasks with good time management.

  • Good knowledge of

  • Proficiency in

    MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)

    4+ years of Health Insurance experience

  • 15 years of education

  • Insurance certification (preferred but not mandatory).
