Job Description

Dear candidate,

JLL is hiring for a Assistant Technical Facility Manager for Noida Sec 135.

looking for Graduates & immediate joiners only.

Years of Experience- 10 to 12 years

Must have subject matter expertise in electrical/mechanical domain.
Preparation & review of daily, weekly & monthly reports.
Team Management: - Assigning, monitoring & reviewing work of Supervisors, Data center operator, BMS operator & other technical manpower.
Daily rounds of floors & ensuring closure of all observations related to infrastructure issues.
Monitoring operation, general maintenance and coordination for major maintenance activities with the vendor.
Coordinate with AMC vendor for carrying out maintenance and repair work.
Operation and maintenance of power supply panels of each floor.
Update and maintain data on maintenance works, spares and consumables.
Project tracking/monitoring such as execution, PO, invoice, final measurement, EHS etc.
Coordinate with the team for the execution of preventive maintenance work as per the year maintenance calendar.
Complete MEP & civil structure monitoring.
Reporting, handling & resolving and kind of emergency scenario at the site.
Coordination & taking reports of the day-to-day activities which are done by there team members and reporting.
Providing regular trainings to the team member.
Identification of the risks & potential hazards & reporting.
Good communication skills.
Good command over EHS code & conduct.
Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly reports.
Good knowledge for labor compliance/attendance/rosters etc.
Any other task as may be assigned from time to time.
