Job Summary: An experienced Asst Manager to handle Technical & Soft Services team on campus who will oversee the delivery of technical and support services, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining a safe, efficient, and sustainable environment , expertise will help us achieve academic and administrative excellence. Key Responsibilities: Technical Services: Manage maintenance, repairs, and operations of building systems, infrastructure, and equipment. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for projects and services. Soft Services: Oversee housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, and pest control services. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and campus aesthetics. Team Management: Lead, train, and develop a team of technical and soft services staff. Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and customer service. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental policies, and university standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, facilities management). Minimum 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, technical services, or a related field. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Familiarity with university operations and regulations (an advantage). Preferred Skills: Certification in facilities management (e.g., IFMA, CFM). Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
