Manager Academic Content Ed Tech

Roles and Responsibilities:

Curriculum & Content Development
Team Coordination & Review
Training And Support
Quality Assurance & Content Strategy

Educational Qualification:

Masters degree in education, Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.

Experience:

10+ years of full-time experience in developing/editing/producing educational content along with a deep understanding of pedagogy, strong curriculum design skills, and experience working in EdTech

Required Skillset

Deep understanding of
primary pedagogy
, learning progressions, and curriculum frameworks (CBSE/NCERT/NEP 2020/FLN).
Exposure to adaptive learning, AI-driven content, or gamified learning environments.
Experience in blended learning or multilingual content development.
