Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for travel-related queries (booking, rescheduling, cancellations, itinerary support, etc.)
  • Provide accurate information on flights, hotels, travel policies, and related services.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Work with internal systems for ticketing, reservations, and CRM updates.
  • Maintain process compliance and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent verbal communication in English (international process).
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
  • Knowledge of GDS systems like Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo is a plus (optional).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced contact center environment.
