Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food & Beverage Trainer located in Marmagao. The Food & Beverage Trainer will be responsible for training staff in food service and customer service best practices, developing and delivering training programs, evaluating employee performance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workshops, mentoring employees, and maintaining a high standard of food safety and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Service, Food & Beverage, and Culinary Skills
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in training and development within the food and beverage industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred
