Role & responsibilities

Director Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Location: Hyderabad

Role Type: Full-Time

Package: Up to 70 LPA

Notice Period : 3 Months

Experience Required :

20+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management with on paper min 1 year exp as Director or AVP or VP
Proven leadership experience managing large teams (500 to 800 headcount)
Strong exposure to end-to-end RCM operations including Coding, Billing, AR, Denials with very good communication Skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead large-scale RCM operations with full P&L ownership
Drive productivity, quality, SLA adherence, and revenue optimization
Manage senior leadership teams and multiple client engagements
Own client relationships, escalations, and strategic growth initiatives
Ensure compliance with payer, CMS, and regulatory guidelines Preferred Skills
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
Hands-on experience with RCM analytics, KPIs, and dashboards
