Provide technical troubleshooting and resolve advertiser issues efficiently. Conduct training sessions & calibration meetings with market teams. Create design concepts for presentations, print, web, and rich media. Monitor and follow up on open issues, coaching, and feedback . Share knowledge and best practices with the team. Conduct refresher training and support process improvement initiatives. Provide technical feedback on escalations and contribute to workflow enhancements. Eligibility Criteria (Must-Have Skills): Advanced English (C1 level) + 1 EU Language (Written & Verbal at a Business Level). Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Shopping, GTM . Proficiency in HTML for troubleshooting and implementation. Ability to handle complex advertiser cases and provide solutions. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages is a plus.
