Job Description

We Vedhas Technology a Recruitment Staffing Company, Hiring Compliance & IPO Associate for one of our reputed client based out in Mumbai.

Requirement:

Must have successfully completed the IPO Exam.
Knowledge of SEBI regulations, stock exchange compliances, listing obligations, and IPO procedures.
Strong communication & drafting skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end IPO process support, including compliance, drafting, and filings.
Liaise with SEBI, stock exchanges, merchant bankers, and legal advisors.
Prepare compliance reports, disclosures, and regulatory filings.
Provide post-listing compliance support.
Support senior management in corporate governance matters.

Location : Mumbai.

Work From Office.

Remuneration: As per Industry Standards.
