Hiring Color Management Analyst For OEM Client in Chennai

DEP is Hiring Color management Analyst for our OEM Client in Chennai with below mentioned criteria..

• 5+ years of experience

• Location: Chennai

• Work Timing:3PM to 12AM

• Automotive background, particularly with prior prototype or production part experience.
• Prior project management, logistics, shipping, etc. experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills comfortable talking on the phone or in WebEx meetings.
• Experience with advanced Excel skills (or ability to learn quickly), Formulas & Filters, Pivot Tables, and Pivot Charts

• Person will work with engineering, purchasing, suppliers, and various other departments to ensure parts arrive on time for approval and vehicle build.

• If an issue or roadblock is identified, this person will pull the right people together (engineering, suppliers, etc.) to develop a work around plan to meet the required timing.
• Ability to learn/use custom in-house computer applications (web/mainframe).

• Experience working with suppliers and engineers, excels at relationship building.

• Create and distribute status reports for use in PST, Launch Readiness, Hard Rocks.

• Support Program Management, Fit to Nominal, STA, D&Rs, Color Harmony Team Process/Meetings

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable reporting out status to Senior Management both written and verbal (WebEx, video, and phone).
• Ability to learn quickly on the job and someone who enjoys problem solving.
• Friendly, professional manner.
• Support Supplier Awareness (Trainings and Assistance)
• Analyze Ok to Texture (OKtK) and Final Appearance Approval Report (AAR) submission dates recommending action plans including following up with suppliers.

• Support Color and Material Mastering, Materials Engineering and Material Color Durability Compliance certification (MCDCC) process
