Hiring Client Relationship Executive

𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐒𝐫. 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Experience: 6 month to 3 years

Salary Package: Depends on your skills and performance in interview.

Work Profile:-

Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Build long-term trust and handle queries, concerns & escalations

Coordinate with internal technical teams for smooth project delivery

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support negotiations

Conduct client feedback sessions & ensure high satisfaction

Collect testimonials/reviews (Clutch, Google, etc.)

Maintain CRM records & prepare monthly client success reports

Candidate must have:-

-Some years of experience in Client Relationship / Sales (IT Services preferred).

-Excellent communication (verbal & written)

-Ability to understand basic software development concepts

-Strong problem-solving, negotiation & multitasking skills

CRM experience is a plus
