Hiring: Area Sales Manager - CAC SSD, for a premium consumer electronics and appliances company for the Nagpur location

About Job Role:

Area Sales Manager - Commercial AC

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end
Commercial AC (CAC) SSD business
for the assigned territory
Prepare and execute the
sales roadmap
received for the vertical and drive
project sales through SSD channels
Identify potential clients, generate leads, follow up on enquiries, negotiate and close
project-based CAC sales
Achieve assigned
sales targets
across new and existing accounts
Generate enquiries through
Architects, Consultants, Developers, Dealers, Contractors and Cold Calls
Track enquiries, opportunities and conversions on a regular basis
Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to understand commercial CAC market trends and growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners and key stakeholders
Ensure
customer acquisition and retention
by addressing pre-sales and post-sales requirements
Coordinate with the
service team
to resolve installation and service-related issues across all channels
Provide project-level support during
installation, commissioning and maintenance
of CAC systems
Assist the marketing team in executing
commercial AC marketing campaigns
targeting offices, hotels, factories and large commercial establishments

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience in
Commercial AC / CAC Sales & Service Division (SSD)
Strong exposure to
project sales of Tower, Cassette, Ducted and VRF systems
Proven experience in handling
architect, consultant, developer and dealer channels
Background in
commercial HVAC project environment
