Job Description

Edify School, Vanasthalipuram is looking for a motivated and student-focused Admissions Counsellor to support families throughout the school’s enrollment process. The role involves providing accurate information, maintaining organised records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for admission inquiries and guide families through each stage of the enrollment process.
Share clear and up-to-date information regarding the school’s curriculum, academic programs, teaching methods, and admission procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely records using the admissions management system or CRM.
Collaborate with academic, administrative, and leadership teams to support admission events, assessments, and follow-ups.
Build professional and positive relationships with prospective parents through consistent communication.
Assist with campus tours, outreach activities, orientation programs, and other admission-related events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
1–4 years of experience in admissions, student counselling, customer service, or similar roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with parents and students.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or admissions management systems is preferred.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
