Shift Timings:

Male Candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts
Female Candidates: Rotational day shifts (any 9-hour login between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

To handle inbound with professionalism and empathy.
Communicate fluently in English and at least one native language (Hindi).
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills while resolving customer queries.
Maintain high levels of patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English with a neutral Indian accent.
Strong active listening and probing skills.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to remain calm and diplomatic in customer interactions.
Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.

Salary Range (Based on Experience):

Hindi:
3,00,000 3,80,000 per annum
