• Solid knowledge and experience in the field of Education, with a demonstrated track record of improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes learning and community engagement.
• Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with a valid principal certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a K-12 educational setting, with a passion for the growth and development of students and educators.
