Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hemm Operator located in Pali. The Hemm Operator will be responsible for operating heavy earth-moving machinery and equipment. The daily tasks include regular maintenance checks, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operation. It also involves troubleshooting minor mechanical issues and reporting major issues to the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Experience with operating heavy earth-moving machinery and equipment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and maintenance procedures
• Basic troubleshooting and minor mechanical repair skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Relevant certification or training in operating heavy machinery is a plus
• Previous experience in the cement or construction industry is preferred
