You'll play a key role in ensuring fleet reliability and availability, helping us deliver on our commitments to customers. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Fleet Managers, Maintenance Managers, PI Managers, and Engineering teams), resolve mainline technical issues, and provide hands-on leadership in troubleshooting and data management.
Youll specifically take care of investigating and resolving operational equipment malfunctions, but also contribute to reliability growth and return of experience (REX) initiatives.

Managing helpline calls and workloads effectively

Resolving mainline failures swiftly to avoid service-affecting faults (SAFs)

Ensuring fleet availability and reliability in line with contractual commitments

Diagnosing malfunctions and recommending preventive and corrective actions

Providing technical guidance to technicians and ensuring knowledge sharing

Coordinating with stakeholders during mainline failure resolution

Contributing to training modules by incorporating field updates and REX
-
Ensuring compliance with EHS rules and work-related processes

Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent

5-6 years of technical experience in electrical or electronic engineering

Understanding of railway safety and reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM)

Knowledge of product engineering and data analytics

Exposure to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards

Problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting
-
Field experience in railway operations (desirable)

Familiarity with quality and audit processes
