Job Description :- Customer Support Executive/Help Desk
1.Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
2.Provide accurate information about products, services, or technical issues.
3.Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
4.Record all customer interactions and updates in the system accurately.
5.Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate departments or higher-level support.
6.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
7.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and processes.
8.Achieve individual and team performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
9.Identify and report recurring issues to help improve products, services, or processes.
10.Follow company policies, procedures, and scripts while handling calls or chats.
