Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch support to our customers.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for various software applications.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to assist in issue resolution.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and meet service level agreements.
