Job Type: Full-time Hybrid/On-site with remote support responsibilities Are you passionate about tech and enjoy helping people? Zentry IT is looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to join our team, providing top-notch support to our clients across various industries. What You'll Be Doing: Providing day-to-day IT support to clients both remotely and on-site. Supporting and troubleshooting Office applications, especially Office 365 . Performing basic network diagnostics and assisting with connectivity issues. Supporting phone systems (e.g., Avaya) and resolving VOIP-related issues. Installing and configuring hardware and software , including laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Responding to and resolving tickets in a timely and professional manner. Travelling to client sites when needed for onsite support and setups. What We’re Looking For: Experience with Office 365 and general Office applications. Basic knowledge of networking (e.g., IP addresses, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with phone systems like Avaya (or similar). Comfortable with remote support tools and resolving user issues remotely. Knowledge of hardware and software installations and general troubleshooting. A proactive, friendly, and customer-focused approach. Full UK driving licence is a plus (for travel to client sites).
