Job Description

Description We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to provide technical support and assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals. Assist with network connectivity issues and provide support for VPN access. Document and track customer issues using the help desk ticketing system. Maintain knowledge base articles and user manuals for common issues and solutions. Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other IT teams as necessary. Skills and Qualifications 3-7 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role. Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common software applications. Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow). Familiarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
