Help Desk Intern

Role Overview: Join our Helpdesk Support Team where every interaction counts and customer satisfaction drives everything we do! We are looking for Helpdesk Interns who are eager to learn, communicate effectively, and solve real-time technical challenges. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of systems, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Support: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from restaurant partners regarding POS-related issues. - Provide prompt, accurate resolutions to technical queries within the defined handling time. - Ensure high responsiveness - calls should be picked within 10 seconds when not in the queue. - Ticket Management: - Maintain 100% feedback on all tickets with a minimum of 95% positive customer satisfaction (CSAT). - Ensure timely ticket closure. - Work efficiently within the ticketing system to document and resolve customer queries. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in customer service or helpdesk support (preferred, not mandatory). - Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. - Excellent verbal communication in both Hindi and English. - Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently. - Familiarity with ticketing systems and support tools. - Any fresher graduate may apply.,
