Job Description

Helpdesk Executive  Attend internal & external calls / e-mails of the clients. i.e. (Requests/Complaints/Queries) and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders for providing them with timely resolution.  Understanding of facility management operations, general administration and housekeeping related queries and complaints.  Prepare daily call log summary to analyze data.  Prepare monthly MIS report & daily report i.e. a record of daily call logs, pending complaints, technical issues with the status and closure details, or any other report as required.  Work on the helpdesk software to keep acknowledging the tickets raised and ensuring timely closure of those tickets.  Maintain & file all the necessary required documents and records.  Taking minutes of weekly and monthly meetings.
