Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and respond to emails professionally.
Log IT service calls and assign them to respective engineers.
Ensure timely closure of all logged calls.
Track and manage IT Services Required Forms, IT Change Request & Release Forms, Empower Access Request Forms, and Desktop/Laptop Installation Checklist Forms.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports and analyze call trends.
Interact with users and keep them informed about application and service status.
Archive and retrieve all documents related to IT and software media.
