As a Robinson R66 Helicopter Pilot, you will be responsible for conducting safe and efficient flights in challenging environments, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting safe, efficient, and reliable flights in the Robinson R66, adhering to aviation regulations and company procedures. - Executing high-altitude flights with precision, prioritizing passenger and cargo safety. - Performing pre-flight and post-flight inspections to maintain operational readiness. - Utilizing advanced avionics and weather assessment tools for safe flight planning and execution. - Demonstrating strong crisis management skills for handling emergencies and adverse weather conditions effectively. - Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a seamless flight experience. - Reporting maintenance needs promptly to ensure airworthiness and compliance with regulations. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 1,000 hours of flight experience on Robinson R66. - Minimum 500 hours of documented mountain flying experience. - Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL-H) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL-H) with R66 type endorsement. - Current Class 1 Medical Certificate. - Strong knowledge of helicopter systems, avionics, and mountain meteorology. - Advanced decision-making skills, situational awareness, and adaptability in high-risk environments. - A strong safety record and commitment to best aviation practices. Preferred qualifications include experience in VIP transport, utility work, or aerial tours, additional certifications such as Night Rating or Instrument Rating, and familiarity with specific geographic regions if applicable.
