Hedge Fund Managed Services Consultant - Enfusion Specialist

Role Overview: As a Hedge Fund Managed Services Consultant - Enfusion Specialist at FinServ Consulting in Mumbai, your main focus will be providing expert middle/back-office managed services, particularly in Enfusion system operations. You will be responsible for managing operational processes, assisting with accounting workflows, supporting administrative systems, and ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction through coordination of customer service processes. Collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential to meet the specific requirements of hedge fund clients. Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily reconciliation of trades, positions, and cash against Prime Brokers, FCMs, ISDA Counterparties, and Custodians - Proactively resolve breaks and communicate reconciliation issues - Process corporate action events and position lifecycle events - Conduct position, P&L, and cash reconciliations against Fund Administrators - Handle trial balance reconciliations against Fund Administrators - Book and maintain non-trading accrual and expense schedules - Assist in improving and automating existing processes to mitigate risk and enhance scalability - Ensure smooth operation of the department, including successful onboarding of new managed services clients, compliance with accounting and operational procedures, daily product and service delivery, escalation and resolution of high exposure items, maintaining client satisfaction, and more Qualifications: - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and interactions with team members and clients - Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including managing workflows and organizational tasks - Proficiency in Customer Service to handle client requirements and inquiries efficiently - Knowledge of Accounting processes relevant to middle/back-office operations within financial services - Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and task management - Familiarity with Enfusion software is preferred - A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable,
