The HVAC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of HVAC systems, ensuring timely troubleshooting, project installation, and repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and coordinating with clients to provide top-notch customer service. The supervisor will manage the HVAC team, provide guidance and training, and ensure all safety and compliance standards are met. Task scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control are also key parts of the role.
