Healthcare Sales Executive

As a Healthcare Sales Executive at Augsidius Health Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will have an exciting opportunity to contribute to the mission of simplifying and personalizing care delivery using AI. Your role will involve extensive field work, visiting clinics, engaging with healthcare professionals, and ensuring that our solutions are effectively implemented where they are most needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team both online and from our office in Hyderabad, creating a hybrid work environment with a field-first approach. Your key responsibilities will include: - Pitching and selling Augsidius products to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers - Leading demos and product walkthroughs, both in-person and virtually - Building and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare professionals - Working towards set targets to help grow our impact - Representing Augsidius at healthcare expos, conferences, and community events - Keeping our CRM updated with leads, follow-ups, and sales activity - Providing valuable market insights to our product and marketing teams To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with a background in Dental Sciences, Allied Health, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or an MBA in Healthcare. A solid understanding of how healthcare is evolving both digitally and practically is essential. While 2-3 years of experience in healthcare sales is preferred, we also welcome freshers with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. Proficiency with online tools such as CRM, Zoom/Meet, and dashboards is required, along with a willingness to travel and the energy to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Bonus points if you have experience selling digital health or SaaS products, existing connections in the hospital/clinic ecosystem, and a passion for the startup culture with an ownership mindset.
