Healthcare Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Objective

Drive patient footfall, referral conversions, corporate health tie-ups, and RWA outreach to support growth of OPD, diagnostics, physiotherapy, and specialty services at Globuscure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Referral Marketing (Doctors, Clinics, Nursing Homes)

• Build strong relationships with general physicians, specialists, paediatricians, gynaecologists, orthopaedic doctors, etc.
  
• Promote Globuscure’s consultants, OPD services, diagnostics, and physiotherapy centre.
  
• Conduct routine doctor visits, maintain a referral tracker, and ensure repeat referrals.
  
• Coordinate with clinic operations for referred patient handling.
  
• Organize CMEs, clinic meetings, and outreach activities to increase visibility.
  

2. Corporate Marketing (Companies, Banks, Institutions)

• Identify corporates, industries, schools, colleges, banks, and organizations for tie-ups.
  
• Pitch preventive health packages, on-site health camps, and annual partnerships.
  
• Liaise with HR, Admin, CSR teams to schedule activities and finalize agreements.
  
• Achieve monthly targets for corporate leads and conversions.
  
• Maintain a database of corporate contacts and visit logs.
  

3. RWA & Community Outreach Marketing

• Plan and execute Sunday health camps across societies in Jafar Nagar, Jhingabai Takli, Mankapur, Koradi Road, Sadar, Gittikhadan and nearby localities.
  
• Coordinate camp logistics, doctor availability, equipment, and follow-up.
  
• Build relationships with RWA committees, society presidents, and local influencers.
  
• Convert camp footfall into OPD, lab, and physiotherapy visits.
  
• Promote annual chronic care memberships and special society packages.
  

4. Local Area Marketing & Brand Activation

• Execute ground-level activities like leaflet distribution, standees, banners, shop tie-ups.
  
• Conduct awareness talks, mini-screening events, and doctor introduction activities.
  
• Collect local patient data and generate leads through WhatsApp groups and community channels.
  
• Support the digital marketing team with photos/videos from field activities.
  

5. Reporting & Performance Management

• Submit daily activity reports:
  
• Doctor visits
  
• Corporate visits
  
• RWA camp activities
  
• Lead and conversion status
  
• Track monthly OPD growth, referral count, and diagnostics contribution.
  
• Maintain accountability for assigned targets.
  

Skills & Attributes Required

• Strong communication and convincing ability
  
• Ability to build quick rapport with doctors & corporate clients
  
• Solid local market knowledge (Jafar Nagar, Koradi Road, Wadi, Mankapur, Gittikhadan region preferred)
  
• Result-oriented mindset, ownership-driven
  
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
  
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp CRM)
  

Compensation

• Fixed Salary:

  Up to 25,000

• Incentives:

  Attractive monthly incentives based on OPD & diagnostics performance

• TA/DA:

  Provided as per company policy
• Opportunity to grow into Senior Executive / Business Development Lead based on performance.
