ROLE OVERVIEW

Senior Dietitian & Clinical Nutrition Expert

This role demands clinical depth, counselling excellence, and the ability to manage OPD diet plans, corporate wellness programs, specialty diets, and multidisciplinary care with doctors & physiotherapists.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Clinical Nutrition & OPD Consultations

• Conduct detailed dietary assessment & lifestyle history.
  
• Develop personalised diet plans for:
  
• Diabetes
  
• Thyroid disorders
  
• Hypertension
  
• PCOD/PCOS
  
• Obesity / underweight cases
  
• Cardiac conditions
  
• Digestive disorders
  
• Manage therapeutic diet planning for:
  
• Renal diet
  
• Hepatic diet
  
• Low FODMAP
  
• Anti-inflammatory diets
  
• High-protein recovery diets
  
• Provide follow-up tracking and modification plans.
  

2. Lifestyle & Preventive Health Programs

• Design structured programs for:
  
• Weight loss
  
• Muscle gain
  
• Strength & recovery
  
• Immunity building
  
• Senior citizen diets
  
• Educate patients on sustainable eating patterns, nutrition psychology & behaviour change.
  

3. Corporate Wellness, Camps & Health Talks

You will lead and represent Globuscure during:

• Corporate wellness camps

• Nutrition screening sessions

• Health talks in companies & colleges

• Round-table presentations

  for corporate tie-ups

• Society health camps & community drives

Topics include:

• Workstation nutrition
  
• Diabetes & metabolic health
  
• Women’s wellness
  
• Stress & emotional eating
  
• PCOS & hormonal balance
  
• Heart-healthy nutrition
  

4. Collaboration With Specialists

• Work with MBBS Duty Doctor, Physiotherapist, Orthopedic Specialist, Physician & Dermatologist.
  
• Provide nutrition support for:
  
• Dermatology (acne, hair fall, skin disorders)
  
• Ortho cases (bone health)
  
• PCOD/thyroid management
  
• Metabolic syndrome
  
• Participate in multidisciplinary care models.
  

5. EMR Documentation & Accountability

• Maintain all diet plans, progress sheets & patient notes in EMR
  
• Track patient follow-ups, adherence & outcomes.
  
• Maintain ethical, scientific, evidence-based nutrition practices.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• M.Sc / PG Diploma in Dietetics, Nutrition or Clinical Nutrition

• Preferably

  3+ years

  of clinical experience
• Specialisation in therapeutic nutrition preferred
  
• Experience in handling corporate wellness programs is an advantage
  
• Excellent communication & counselling ability is essential
