SALARY RANGE:

18,000 – 30,000 per month

ROLE OVERVIEW

Physiotherapist

This is a full-time OPD-based role—no IPD—focused on:
Pain management Orthopedic, neuro & spine rehab Sports injury management Preventive physiotherapy & posture correction Corporate health programs

You will work closely with Orthopedician, Physician, MBBS Duty Doctor, Dietitian, and allied healthcare teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Outpatient Physiotherapy & Rehab Sessions

• Assess patient conditions through physical examination, gait analysis, ROM testing, and diagnostic reports.
  
• Formulate individualized treatment plans.
  
• Provide manual therapy, electrotherapy, strengthening, and mobility exercises.
  
• Manage orthopedic, neurological, post-operative (OPD-based), and lifestyle-related conditions.
  
• Educate patients on posture correction, ergonomics, preventive exercises, and home-care routines.
  

2. Daycare / Short Observation Support (No IPD)

• Assist the day-care team in monitoring musculoskeletal patients under short observation.
  
• Provide therapy support for pain-relief protocols.
  
• Coordinate with MBBS doctor for patient follow-up and escalation.
  

3. Corporate Health Camps & Wellness Programs

You will play an active role in:

• Corporate physiotherapy screenings

• Ergonomic assessments in companies/offices

• Sports screening and posture evaluation camps

• Residential society health camps

• On-the-spot physiotherapy consultations & guidance
  

4. Health Talks, Round Table Sessions & Public Awareness

• Conduct sessions on posture, ergonomics, stress reduction, neck/back pain prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
  
• Represent Globuscure in corporate round-table meetings.
  
• Educate groups about preventive physiotherapy and workplace wellness.
  

5. Treatment Documentation & EMR Usage

• Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress charts, treatment plans, and follow-up data.
  
• Update EMR (Healthray) after every session.
  
• Maintain transparency with patients and ensure continuity of care.
  

6. Coordination With Specialists

• Work jointly with Orthopedic Specialist, Physician, MBBS doctor, Dietitian & others.
  
• Support specialist consultation pathways for complex cases.
  
• Provide rehab guidance after Ortho/Neuro consults (OPD only).
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• BPT / MPT

  from a recognized university
• Freshers WITH strong clinical skills may apply
  
• Experience in clinic/OPD-based physiotherapy preferred
  
• Strong communication & patient-handling skills
