Position: Research Associate- Healthcare

Qualification Required: Graduate/ Post Graduate (Biotechnology)

Experience Required: Fresher

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct extensive secondary research using industry reports, academic publications, market

databases, and online resources to gather relevant data.

 Analyse and synthesize research findings to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in

the market.

 Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that summarize insights and

recommendations for internal teams and clients.

 Collaborate with project managers to define research objectives and align on project

timelines.

 Maintain an organized repository of research findings and databases for efficient access and

knowledge sharing.

 Stay updated on market developments, emerging technologies, and competitive activities to

enhance research quality.

 Support the development of survey instruments and primary research methodologies when

needed.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in biotechnology or a related field.

 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.

 Proficient in Excel, Word, Power point.

 Good written and verbal communication skills
