EPIA is looking for a dynamic Healthcare Marketing & Business Development Associate to support digital marketing, patient education, and referral-building with gynaecologists and wellness partners. This is a hybrid role combining marketing execution with on-ground relationship management.

Marketing & Content

• Create and support content for social media, reels, posts, newsletters, and brochures.
• Assist with SEO basics, website updates, and digital campaign coordination.
• Manage monthly content calendars and coordinate with designers & video teams.

Social Media & Digital Growth

• Handle daily posting on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Track analytics and support lead generation funnels.
• Coordinate influencers and manage deliverables.

Referral & Business Development

• Reach out to gynaecologists and women’s health practitioners for referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinics, wellness partners, and corporates.
• Share program details, brochures, and maintain referral performance trackers.
• Support doctor visits, B2B partnerships, and cross-referral opportunities.

Patient Acquisition & CRM

• Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth lead handling and follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and assist with patient journey improvements.

Events & Activations

• Support corporate workshops, college sessions, small meetups, shoots, and fertility campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing/BD/wellness (freshers with strong skills may apply).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills — confident speaking with doctors and clients.
• Comfortable with Instagram, Canva, basic analytics, and digital content creation.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Bonus: understanding of fertility, IVF, or women’s health.
