Position: Healthcare BPO Executive
Job Location: Indore

Shift Timing: USA (8 PM to 5 AM India time)
Experience: 1–3 Years

Working: 5 Days (Mon-Fri)
Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Sciences, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related fields)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our patient care and imaging operations. The role involves accurate entry, validation, and maintenance of patient demographics, referrals, insurance, and imaging-related data across multiple systems (Contact centre, CRM, RIS/PACS, and EHR). This role is critical to ensuring smooth patient scheduling, compliance, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update patient demographics (name, DOB, address, contact) into CRM and RIS/PACS.
  • Enter and validate referral information from physicians (fax, email, EMR feeds).
  • Upload and index insurance details, pre-authorization approvals, and clinical documents.
  • Update exam metadata (procedure type, status, scheduling details) in imaging systems.
  • Perform data cleansing (deduplication, corrections, standardization) to maintain data integrity.
  • Ensure timely entry of diagnostic reports and follow-up recommendations into the system.
  • Collaborate with call centre, referral coordinators, and clinical staff to resolve missing/incomplete data.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal data governance standards.
  • Generate basic reports and logs to support operations and audits.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree (preferably in Healthcare Administration, Science, IT, or related).
  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry, healthcare operations, or medical records management.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), or RIS/PACS/EHR systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with clinical and administrative teams.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle sensitive patient data responsibly.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or other healthcare CRM tools.
  • Exposure to Genesys contact centre systems or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, referrals, and insurance pre-authorization workflows.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data security requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹11,509.48 - ₹33,539.90 per month
