Job Description

As a Healthcare BPO Executive at our company, your primary responsibility will be to accurately input, validate, and maintain patient demographics, referrals, insurance details, and imaging-related data in various systems. Your attention to detail is crucial in ensuring smooth patient scheduling, compliance, and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately input and update patient demographics such as name, DOB, address, and contact details in CRM and RIS/PACS systems. - Enter and validate referral information received from physicians through fax, email, or EMR feeds. - Upload and index insurance details, pre-authorization approvals, and clinical documents for easy access. - Update exam metadata including procedure type, status, and scheduling details in imaging systems. - Perform data cleansing activities like deduplication, corrections, and standardization to maintain data integrity. - Ensure timely entry of diagnostic reports and follow-up recommendations into the system. - Collaborate with call center, referral coordinators, and clinical staff to resolve missing or incomplete data. - Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal data governance standards. - Generate basic reports and logs to support operations and audits. Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree in Healthcare Administration, Science, IT, or related field. - 13 years of experience in data entry, healthcare operations, or medical records management. - Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy. - Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, or RIS/PACS/EHR systems. - Proficiency in MS Office applications like Excel and Word. - Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with clinical and administrative teams. - Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive patient data responsibly. In addition, the preferred skills for this role include experience with Salesforce CRM or other healthcare CRM tools, exposure to Genesys contact center systems or similar platforms, knowledge of medical terminology, referrals, and insurance pre-authorization workflows, and understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data security requirements. Please note that this is a full-time contractual/temporary position with a contract length of 6 months. The work location is in person at Indore, with shift timing aligned with the USA time zone (8 PM to 5 AM India time) over 5 working days (Mon-Fri).,
