Healthcare Back Office Executive / Patient Coordinator (only female candidates can apply)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage patient scheduling, insurance authorizations, and prescription coordination. The candidate will support daily healthcare operations and ensure smooth communication between patients, providers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient appointment scheduling and follow-ups

Insurance authorization & verification (prior auth)

Prescription processing and coordination with providers/pharmacies

Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Handling back office administrative tasks

Coordinating with doctors, billing, and front desk teams

Ensuring compliance with healthcare policies (HIPAA preferred)

Required Skills:

Experience in healthcare back-office operations

Knowledge of patient scheduling & authorization process

Understanding of prescriptions and medical documentation

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic computer skills (EMR/EHR knowledge preferred)

Attention to detail and time management

Eligibility / Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate (Healthcare background preferred)

1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with healthcare exposure can apply)
