As a Health Operations New Associate at Accenture, you will be a part of the Healthcare Management team responsible for the administration of hospitals, outpatient clinics, hospices, and other healthcare facilities. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating department activities, managing medical and health services, budgeting, conducting research and education, implementing policies and procedures, ensuring quality assurance, handling patient services, and managing public relations. Key Responsibilities: - Embed digital transformation in healthcare operations end-to-end to drive superior outcomes and value realization today, while also preparing for the evolving healthcare market of tomorrow. - Coordinate essential documentation and resources required for the filing of global applications, managing and processing electronic submissions, and handling various Life Cycle Management submissions. Qualifications Required: - Good communication and written skills - Hold any degree except B.Tech/B.E. - Ability to solve routine problems by following general guidelines and precedents - Primary interactions within your team and direct supervisor - Detailed instructions provided for all tasks with close supervision on decisions impacting your own work - Work as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work - May require to work in rotational shifts as part of this role.,
