Role Description

We are seeking a Health Insurance Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Guwahati. The professional will be responsible for assisting customers with health insurance needs, providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling insurance products, and guiding policyholders through claim processes. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, explaining insurance products, and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and explain insurance details
• Knowledge of Health Insurance and Insurance practices to provide accurate information and services
• Customer Service skills for resolving issues and improving client satisfaction
• Sales ability to promote and sell insurance products effectively
• Proficient in problem-solving and interpersonal relationships
• Ability to work on-site in Guwahati and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Previous experience in insurance or healthcare sectors is an advantage
