Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Insurance Specialist based in Delhi, India. The Health Insurance Specialist will assist clients in understanding their health insurance options, ensuring complete clarity on policies and processes. Key responsibilities include advising clients on suitable health insurance plans, addressing queries, supporting customers through the claim process, and building lasting client relationships. The role will also involve collaborating with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and staying up-to-date with insurance products and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively assist and support clients
• Expertise in Health Insurance and a solid understanding of the Insurance industry
• Experience or knowledge in Sales, with the ability to identify and fulfill customer needs
• Keen attention to detail and ability to navigate complex policies
• Proficiency in local languages is a plus for effective client support
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
