Job Description

Health Insurance Sales Executive 🧩 Job Description: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to health insurance products. Explain product features, benefits, and policy terms clearly to customers. Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales. Maintain customer data, follow-up records, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the team lead. 🎯 Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in Insurance Sales (Health/Life/General Insurance preferred). Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate. Age Limit: Up to 35 years. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English. Ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools). 💰 CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives) 📅 Working Days: 6 days a week 🗓 Week Off: 1 rotational off ⏰ Shift Timing: 9 hours (Day Shift) 🕙 Interview Timings: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Interested candidates can walk in directly at the interview location during the mentioned hours.
