About the Role

Ziraya is hiring experienced Insurance Consultants who believe in genuine guidance over aggressive selling. This role is focused on meaningful consultations, transparent advice, and helping customers make informed health insurance decisions. No spamming, no forced sales—just real consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 4–5 detailed video consultations per day with potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable health insurance plans.
• Provide clear, transparent, and unbiased advice to help customers make confident decisions.
• Offer end-to-end assistance, including claim support when needed.
• Build trust and long-term relationships by acting as a dependable and knowledgeable insurance advisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Health Insurance experience (mandatory).
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
• Good understanding of health insurance products, benefits, and claim processes.
• Ability to simplify complex information for customers.
