The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Candidates with strong English and regional Gujarati communication skills will be given preference. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. • Respond to customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Manage blended process (voice + chat/email) as per requirement. • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. • Follow company procedures, policies, and scripts while communicating. • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary. ⸻ Eligibility Criteria • Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream. • Experience: • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. • Experience in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process preferred. • Languages Required: • Excellent command of English & Hindi (mandatory) • Knowledge of Gujarati (preferred / added advantage) • Communication Skills: • Strong verbal communication and listening skills. • Clear and confident voice tone. • Ability to handle pressure and communicate effectively. • Shift: Rotational shifts (Day/Night depending on process) • Location: [Mention on-site / hybrid / work from home] ⸻ Salary & Benefits • ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience, fluency, and performance) • Incentives and performance bonuses. • Paid training provided. • Opportunity to grow within the organization.
