Health Counselor (Diet Plan Sales)

Important - (in-office role, NOT work from home)

Support counsellor required for EAT MORE LOSE MORE Clinic in Elante Offices Chandigarh. The role involves performing client's health/dietary assessment, providing service information and support while generating sales.

Job description

Timings: 09:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mon-Sat)

Location: Elante Offices, Chandigarh

• Be the first point of contact for clients and patients in assisting them with their health issue by offering the right health package/program
• Generating sales, and suggesting improvement in internal processes
• Providing exceptional level of client care and support throughout
• Assisting clients and patients with their basic diet related queries
• Carrying out background research and presenting findings
• After sales support
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Liaising with other staff and departments
• Other general/customer care duties as and when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar sales role in health/nutrition industry
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Negotiation skills, presentation skills, marketing skills
• Passion to learn more in the field of diet, nutrition and fitness
• Positive attitude and flexibility with a zeal to learn
• Understanding of basic health, diet and nutrition concepts and lifestyle diseases - Thyroid, PCOD/S, Hypertension, Diabetes, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Proficient in computer/internet/MS-office/Social Media skills
• Commitment and dedication to learn, succeed and grow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
