Services_INMEC-E407 Health and Safety Officer - Full Time - Baroda, India Join our Services_INMEC team within Services division in India as Health and Safety Officer to help us take it to the next level. Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities Implementation and management of the company’s health and safety management system Promote health and safety best practice Plan and supervise safe mechanical lifting operations. Supervise workshop and site activities to ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to. Provide necessary documentation for executing projects. Support the Tendering Engineer during tender process with health and safety related documentation and questionnaires. To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable) NEBOSH General or International Certificate. ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Experience working with ISO management systems such as ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 Experience in planning and supervising lifting operations (Qualified LEEA Lifting Supervisor is preferred) Strong knowledge of Rotating Equipment (pumps, turbines, and compressors) Experience delivering health and safety training programs Experience carrying out accident investigations and generating RCA reports What We Offer You 22 vacation days + 9 days Casual leave + 8 days Sick Leave + 13 days Festival holidays Defined contribution pension scheme Subsidized cafeteria Long service award International applicants are welcome to apply .
